“In This Paradox” is an incredible piece of work merging the ferocity of rock with the hypnotic pulse of electronic rhythm. From the very first beat, the energy is gripping, and it feels like every sound is placed with intention. The guitars in this track deserve special praise because they drive the entire song with a sense of urgency and emotion that keeps it alive from start to finish. Using guitars to handle both riffs and bass lines was a bold creative decision, and it works beautifully. It gives the song a human edge and a raw power that sets it apart from so many other electronic-rock hybrids. You’ve layered the subtle keyboards beneath it all, adding that extra dimension that listeners only discover when they pay close attention. The vocals are another strong element that ties the whole track together. They have a commanding tone, yet they don’t overpower the instrumentation. Really cool sound, I found it extremely different — which is great, because it gives the band a very distinctive individuality. At first, it reminded me a lot of Turnstile, especially the guitar base, but when the electronic drums and MIDI elements come in, the vibe completely changes and turns into a mix of calmness and psychedelia. “In This Paradox” is a really cool song!
